NetSuite Bulk Transaction e-mailer

The NetSuite Bulk Transaction e-mailer provides you with the following useful features.

• Allows Contacts to be flagged to receipt specific transaction emails (Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices, Statements, Dunning etc…)
• Automated sending of emails on creation or from automation added to the account with ability to send copies of any email to the related sales team.
• Allows complete automation when sending Customer Statements. Not only does it allow you to specify who should receive the Statement, but when. They are then sent the Statement every month on this set date.
• Automated dunning control based on days overdue on Invoices, with the ability to send open Invoices along with a copy of the Statement.
• Ability to define bespoke email templates that automatically source information from related records such as Customers, transactions, etc…
• Mass Emailing of transactions with the ability to select a Saved Search to feed this process, often used for remittance advice runs for Vendors.
• Automated tracking of background emails send with Bulk Emailing using the Background Process Record
