Grouping together the following Catalyst created custom solutions to enhance NetSuite Project Management.

• Quickly convert an Opportunity or Estimate into a Project. All flagged line items on the Opportunity or Estimate are added as individual Project Tasks. Any custom pricing is brought across as well as all the members of the associated Project Resource team add to each Project Task.
• From the Project record, the ability to ‘Quick Create Project Allocations’. A Project Allocation record is created for each Project Tasks which is assigned to a ‘Generic Project Resource’.
• As the Project Allocation is assigned to the correct Employee, we auto create a Employee Calendar Event so that planned project work will show in individuals NetSuite calendars.
• Catalyst Resource Planning Screen.
• Ability to enter date ‘block-outs’ into the planner for company days, banks hols etc.
• Catalyst ‘My Workload’ screen to allow employees to see and update tasks assigned to them, quickly and easily.
